Germany, Weimar Republic. A Veterans’ Organization Flag Pole Finial Auction Archive brass base open at both(Kriegerverein Fahnenspitze). Constructed of gilded and silvered bronze, consisting of a teardrop shaped frame surrounding a central 1914 Iron Cross II Class (executed in silver and magnetic iron), itself surrounded by a semi circular laurel and oak leaf wreath, in turned topped by a silvered Stahlhelm, emanating from a short rounded base with a threaded channel to screw onto an accompanying pole, unmarked, measuring 11 cm (w) x 22 cm (h), the Iron
